    Women Entrepreneurs Gift Bamboo T-Shirts To Sonowal, Called Leading Examples Of Make In India Movement

    The Make In India movement was started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 25th, 2014

    Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal appreciated two women entrepreneurs for gifting him t-shirts made out of bamboo on his birthday. He said that they are the leading examples of the Make In India movement.

    Sonowal took to Twitter to thank both the women entrepreneurs and wrote, “I thank Mousumi Brahma and Meghali Das for presenting me with t-shirts made out of bamboo, manufactured by their own company in Guwahati. These young entrepreneurs are yet another example of the Make In India Movement, leading the change in youth has embraced. My best wishes to them.”

    It may be mentioned, the Make In India movement was started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 25th, 2014 to encourage companies to manufacture products in India and enthuse with dedicated investments into manufacturing.

    Modi launched this movement to make India a global manufacturing hub and it covers 25 sectors of the Indian economy which range from automobile to Information Technology (IT) & Business Process Management (BPM).
