In the short video, a group of around 50 soldiers are seen cheering and enjoying one of the most popular Christmas songs. The location is believed to be shot at a forward location along the Line of Control(LoC) in Kashmir.

The 2.11 minutes video has been widely shared on the internet by netizens encouraging the jawans for the celebrations who risk their lives and counter unbearable temperatures to protect their motherland.

The video also features our favourite Santa Claus, a huge snowman wearing Christmas hat.

It may be mentioned that the marching song of the Assam Regiment has an inspiring story behind it which dates back to World War II. It is dedicated to the Indian Army soldier Badluram, who was martyred fighting against Japanese forces.
