Two passenger special trains will run in between New Delhi and Northeast starting from May 12th, 2020.
The Dibrugarh-New Delhi-Dibrugarh passenger special will run from New Delhi from May 12 and while it will run from Dibrugarh from May 14.
The trains will stop at Mariani, Dimapur, Lumding, Guwahati, Kokrajhar, New Jalpaiguri, Katihar, Barauni, Danapur, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Prayagraj and Kanpur Central. The train from Delhi will leave at 4:10 pm.
The Agartala-New Delhi-Agartala (weekly) passenger special will run from New Delhi and will stop only at Badarpur, Guwahati, Kokrajhar, New Jalpaiguri, Katihar, Barauni, Patliputra, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction and Kanpur Central stations and vice versa.
The fare will be as per standard fares of the Indian Railways based on the class of the train.
These trains will be catering to almost 1000-2000 persons stranded in certain parts of the country.
