On February 14th, 2019, more than 40 CRPF personnel were killed when a Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist rammed his explosives-laden vehicle into their convoy in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

“This bicycle ride is a contribution and acknowledgement ride to the Pulwama attack victims. I want to convey a message by riding from here to Delhi to raise funds for the soldier,” said Rohan.
Rohan hails from Moirang town in Manipur. In the cycle tour, he rode across seven cities and covered 9,000 kilometres. He cycled through Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, UT of Chandigarh, Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. The cycling tour was flagged off by senior IPS officer, Basant Rath whereas, the felicitation was done by VC Sharada university GR C Reddy and Executive director Prashant Gupta.
Singh said this is his fourth official ride with the theme of “service before self” to raise awareness about the armed forces. Last year, he rode from New Delhi to his home town Manipur spreading the message of Green India and pollution-free India.
