COVID-19 pandemic has made a global impact in the recent past and continues to impact most of the sectors, with the education sector being one of the most affected ones.
Amidst this uncertainty, Royal Global School (RGS) in Guwahati is now going ahead with the online classes for Grade 11, for those children who have appeared for the class 10 board examinations.
The RGS recently started the online classes for all grades from Nursery onwards.
“Keeping in mind the uncertainty, regarding the period of lockdown, the RGS is surging ahead and starting the online classes for Grade 11 in all three streams, i.e.Science, Commerce and Humanities from April 27th, 2020,” Sanjana Sehgal PRO of RGS.

She added, “The RGS is working towards ensuring a seamless transformation to digital/online learning via technology solutions like Zoom, Google Meet and Google Classroom to ensure that studies are not compromised and students do not fall back on their curriculum.”
Sehgal further said that the students would be highly benefitted as they are not only being imparted classes but also receiving relevant materials, assignments, videos, video links on this platform while studying from home.
“Apart from academics classes would be imparted on Yoga, Aerobics, dance, music and sports,” she added.
