As per latest notification, Justice Ajay Lamba has been appointed as the new Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court.
The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended new Chief Justices for eight High Courts of the country. The apex count recommended Justice Ajai Lamba as Chief Justice in Gauhati High Court.
