Guwahati: A sudden death of a prisoner inside the Guwahati Central Jail located at the Lokhra road along the National Highway-37 has triggered a huge sensation in the city

The prisoner, Rahul Amin was arrested in an alleged money laundering, embezzlement and tractor scam case.

The wife of the deceased, Manjuara Begum has claimed that her husband was absolutely fine when she met him last on the evening of August 1st, 2019.

Meanwhile, Rahul’s body has been sent for post-mortem at the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital(GMCH).
