    Bengal Man Isolated In Golaghat Escapes From Hospital

    He was admitted at the isolation ward of the KK Civil Hospital

    A person from West Bengal who was quarantined as a precaution for the ongoing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the KK Civil Hospital in Golaghat escaped from the hospital on Tuesday night.

    The person has been identified as Mukul Mitra of Kolkata in West Bengal who was admitted in the isolation centre after he was facing some health issue.

    However, on Tuesday night the person somehow managed to escape the hospital by breaking the window grill. His swab was tested negative and so the authorities have said that there is no need of any worry but as a precaution, the person is being searched.

    The police are on a lookout for the person.
