    Bangladeshis Attack Indian Border Outpost, Man In Meghalaya

    Suspected Bangladeshi nationals have attacked a border outpost in Meghalaya and injured a jawan on the intervening night of January 8th-9th, 2020.

    The attackers also assaulted two BSF jawans and snatched their weapons. On the other hand, another group of suspected Bangladeshi nationals barged into the house of a local resident in the state.

    The attackers reportedly injured a man and took away money, mobile phones and a gun. Both the incidents took place at Amdoh and Rongtila in West Jaintia Hills and are located only five km from the India-Bangladesh border.
