With the Indian football team gearing up for the FIFA World Cup 2022, the team announced the list of probables for the training camp. Assam’s Winger Halicharan Narzary and Vinit Rai, while Mizoram’s Jerry Lalrinzuala and Lallianzuala Chhangte have been picked up among the 35 selected probables.
Team’s head coach Igor Stimac shared the list on Twitter on August 5th, 2019. The Indian football team will begin their practice sessions from August 20th, 2019 in Goa. The team’s qualifier match will be held at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium, also known as the Sarusajai stadium in Guwahati on September 5th, 2019 where it will take on Oman.
