A person died while another sustained severe injuries in a road accident at the National Highway 37 located in Cachar district of Assam on September 4th, 2019.

The deceased have been identified as Nizaam Uddin and the injured is Ali Raja.

As per reports, the accident took place after an Eco Sports vehicle collided with the cycle which Nizam was riding.

Soon, after the accident, the locals took injured Ali to a nearby hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
